MSC Seashore is an ocean cruise ship operated by MSC Cruises and the first vessel of the enlarged Seaside EVO class. She was built by Fincantieri at Monfalcone, Italy, and delivered in 2021.

Fincantieri's final technical profile records 170,412 GT, a length overall of 339 metres, moulded beam of 41 metres, design draught of 8.55 metres, 2,270 passenger cabins, service speed of 21.1 knots and maximum speed of 22.4 knots.

Capacity

MSC's current ship page publishes 5,632 guests, 2,270 cabins and 1,648 crew members. Fincantieri's delivery announcement separately published 5,877 guests as the maximum capacity for a short international voyage. Deck7 therefore stores 5,632 as the current public passenger-capacity figure and 5,877 as the technical maximum passenger capacity.

Environmental technology

MSC and Fincantieri confirm that MSC Seashore was fitted with shore-to-ship power, selective catalytic reduction technology and hybrid exhaust-gas cleaning systems. The EGCS is stated to remove approximately 98% of sulphur oxides from exhaust emissions. The ship is conventionally fuelled rather than LNG-powered.

Identification

MSC Seashore carries IMO number 9843792. Current AIS data identifies MMSI 215920000, call sign 9HA5370 and Malta flag. These operational identifiers should be periodically reverified.

Dimensions

Fincantieri's builder specification gives a 41-metre moulded beam. Some AIS databases display an overall width around 50 metres; Deck7 uses the builder's clearly defined moulded-beam figure and records the AIS distinction rather than mixing measurement types.
